its not working its getting unplug alot of times i charge my phone for a hour and it was still empty bettery

Item was working fine for the first month or so. Then the tip of the charger completely fell apart. Looks like it screws back together but I'm hesitant to try and reassemble it and risk frying my phone somehow. For a penny though, I got my money's worth.
