I bought the car charger right after I bought my new phone. A smart phone must have a car charger. The first week was great. I plugged my phone in and could drive knowing it was charging. Shortly after i noticed that the red light wasn't always lit, meaning it wasn't plugging into my jeep very well. It just won't stay in. And now i'm seeing that the charger doesn't stay in the phone very well. I have to wiggle to plug and basically cradle the phone in my hand while i drive to ensure that it charges. Not a great thing to do with 2 new items. I baby my phone, and the charger never leaves my jeep. I never let anyone else use it and i am now stuck with an accessory that won't do it's job.

Well I purchased this for my HTC Inspire about 3 months ago (in April) and what a terrible purchase.First Problem: Yes the cord is meant to stretch say 2 feet, but the holders that keep the plug in the charger port are so loose that it will come out whenever you barely pull it.
Second Problem: Now that I have had this charger for about three months, it will not even charge my phone anymore! The light on the charger is lit, but my phone receives no charge.
As the adage goes, you get what you pay for, and with this charger you get a poor quality charger that is not worth the price they even sell it at.
