I bought 2 of these, one for my Samsung Galaxy S3, and one for my wife's LG Optimus Black. Don't get me wrong, the product is pretty cool, and the cable being retractable is a great feature, as you don't have wires all around your car. But a problem I found is that when I'm using it with my Galaxy S3, the battery drain is faster than the charging. This means that the amperage output of the charger is not enough to keep up with the normal discharge when using the phone as a GPS, or even to check Facebook in a parking lot or in the red lights.

I read some forums which say that this phone needs a charger with a 1 Amp output to be able to get charged while using it in the car. I did some research on this charger, and could not find the output it's generating. I even contacted the manufacturer , to ask them about this product, but didn't get a reply.

So, the charger works very well on smaller phones which don't require a high amperage to get charged, but the Galaxy S3 just drains the battery too fast when in use, so this charger is not good for it.

This charger is so compact that it's easy for me to put it in my purse and have it handy in my car or my husband's car. It was a good price and arrived quicker than the company promised. I'm happy with every aspect of this transaction.

it came really fast! i was so happy :] great deal. works great for me because i have alot of stuff in my car and all my other chagers get messed up too fast. this on is great i can use it and put it in my glove box. :]

This was a great purchase. We have gone through about 4 "cheap" chargers for our Samsung Galaxy S3, but finally found this one. The retractable cord is perfect and very useful. It has the perfect amount of give and seems like it will stand up to daily use. Great product and we would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a well priced charger.
