I wanted to use this power a tiny car air compressor. I plugged in the compressor and it lights up. I turn it on and nothing happens. I would send it back, but given the cost, it isn't worth the hassle.

Now I can travel with this and a car charger. Just wish the plug would slide or rotate in so that the unit was more compact. But it delivers enough power to charge new big phones like the HTC Droid DNA and Google Samsung Nexus, as well as the iPad.
