Usually before I buy something, I check out the reviews on a product I'm unfamiliar with.The 4 and 5 star reviews for this charger made me a take a gamble on buying it, it was cheap and seemed to work. Not only does it not charge my phone at all,it freezes the screen on my Incredible and every time I plug it in the red light flickers as if the product is turning off and on.It just doesn't work.

I had to return the two that I bought. They didn't charge my phone at all (isn't that what they're supposed to do?). I got an incompatibility message on my phones (HTC Incredibles) whenever I used them. They should be paying you to take them off their hands.
