I was sent a charger meant for someone else for their Samsung phone. When I emailed support to return it and get the correct charger, I was told they just sent the wrong packing slip even though I told them the product numbers matched on both the packing slip and the item. Tried again and was told the charger was computable with my phone. They did not want to take the charger back. Finally sent me a return address, but told me I would be responsible for postage. I would rate this reseller a zero (0) but the ratings will not go that low. I will never do business with this reseller again.

The car charger broke within 5 & 1 /2 weeks. It worked fine before it broke, it's very cheaply made and did not hold together.
