the only car charger that works with the gslate, any other so called car charger is just a normal micro usb charger and will not charge the gslate.

I could not find a wall charger anywhere to replace my broken one (the tip which plugs into the tablet broke off). When this car charger arrived I immediately cut off the connector and spliced it to my old wall charger. (Car Charger two wires red and black, Wall charger two wires red and black) Easy peasy and works great!

This is a good item from use in the way it suppose to be used. But as a replacement for the actual wall charger not really good. Seems to take for ever. But for the mobile charging use great item. Recommended for that not for at home as a replacement for the actual charger though

This works great... would be nice to find one with a looooonger cable. In a pinch it has been great. My wall charger broke and this is something I can use both in the car on long rids and plug into a power supply to keep my G-Slate charged.

It has lived in the field for a month during a Military training exercise and daily use for a few months... no signs of weakness.

It can do the job, but because of the cord that is not that flexable its difficult to use outside of the car even though you have the lighter to socket adapter. The cord does not stretch.
