This was a gift for my sister and she absolutely loved it. It made life so much easier with an extra battery and she loves that she can charge both at the same time.

This dock works very well for us. The phone sits securely in the base and the battery charge time is very reasonable. The only complaint that I have is that you have to take the phone out of whatever case it is in, but that's more my laziness than a real complaint about this product. We liked it so much we bought another for my husband who has the same phone.

The product arrived a couple of days earlier than promised. When I took it out of the box, everything was in perfect condition, connected easily and works great. The only drawback (and not that big of a deal) is that my phone will not fit into the cradle with the cover on.

Works as advertised. Set the phone on the charger and you have a great bedside computer while it charges. Comes with a spare battery that can be simultaneously charged by dropping it into it's hidden compartment. Never want for a charged battery again.
