This item is very good !!!

Having said that, I would like to say the following: I love this thing but there are a few improvements that would make the item perfect. 1. The latches are somewhat loose, they need to close tightly. 2. There needs to be a better product manual, the one I received was printed off a computer and it should be in a booklet form. 3. The center pins in the 12 volts dc cable out are too small for the average solar panel cable requiring a jiggle to make contact at times. 4. The access panel nobs should be a screw-in type instead of the loose latch they have. Again, I am not complaining but this item works great but these few changes would make it an all around { Great Product } !!!!!

What is not to like? This is a great product due to it being small, offering dense energy storage and offering multiple charging and output voltages all in a sturdy package that is easy to grab and go. The solar panels are not thin film garbage and the unit's output voltages cover most any need. The built in light is a real plus. After looking at many other types, this has everything in one package for light duty loads. Very portable. The LiION batteries are much better than having lead acid technology for a smaller footprint. Pop open the lid and have 20W at your disposal that will power most electronics you can throw on it.

I not a prep'er or a survivalist; I am a realist. I've been through enough power outages to know that I have to maintain contact with the outside world in this case my parishioners (yes, I am a priest). The Instapark Mars20s will help me and others. I believe that every home should have this generator or something akin to if. If you are isolated and cannot communicate with the world and your loved ones, then it is your fault.

This product has already paid for itself five time over!!! Worth EVERY PENNY I spent even though some would call me crazy for spending that much. It really has helped me out living out in the country when you're power can go out at any second the wind blows. If you own a cellphone or laptop computer, you need this.... Period!
