The packaging was fine. Arrival time was great. Product in great shape. All that don't mean a thing when the product doesn't work for what I got it for. The ad specifies it works with the kindle fire. It does not. I would send back but really to much hassle for five bucks. Going on a trip now on the search for another charger. Very disappointed with this company. False advertisement if you ask me.

The car charger was all that we expected and more. When I opened the package, I thought the producy would be good. It had great size, and easy to use with the Kindle fIRE. My wife was ablre to us the charger while I was driving, and be able to read, be on the internet wen available, and play games. Long enough cord to do these things.

So far no problems or issues at all what so ever, seemed to be compatible with the Kindle fire tablet.

Plugged the unit into my FIRE and light lights up for a moment and then no more! Throughing it away! Costs more to ship back and waste of time!

This is a followup review. I purchased this item at the beginning of June 2012. Upon receiving it I found it not to work. It took a few e-mails to the seller before they agreeded to ship me a new one at no charge. Other than the time it took to resolve the issue (almost two weeks) I find the product works as described in the product description.
