I should have expected the results for the price I paid. Check out other car chargers you have first to see if any old ones fit. I wound up having one that would fitthat still works.

I suggest NOT buying this item and getting the more expensive branded units. The official charger I had broke, and I thought I could save a couple bucks getting this. I was wrong. I have managed to purchase three of this same charger from various sellers. All with varying descriptions that make them seem different. One stating they are "rapid chargers". None of them have even slowed down a battery drain, let alone did any charging.

The charger will not keep a constant connection to the phone. When the phone is turned off, the display keeps going off and on, like it would when you first plug into a charger, but never seems to stay connected. When then phone is on, it takes up to 30 seconds for the phone to recognize it's plugged in, then with wifi and bluetooth off, and with the display turned off (basically just stand-by) after a 45 minute commute home, the battery had a lower charge then when I left the office.

I bought this charger cause it was so darn cheap. After about 2 weeks the moulding for the jack that holds jack and strain relief popped off. No big deal, I just snapped it back together. A few days later same thing but this time the wires came off when my phone slid from center console to the floor. I soldered them back on and crazy glued the plastic moulding but

it quit working. If it was more expensive I would have been more upset but you get what you pay for! It was nice with the retractable cord.

Love that this charger has the retractable cord but it only works half the time. Not sure what the prob is. Very sad :(

I bought it for my girlfriends infuse it works great with it and also my nextel for work. I give 4 stars because The cord was little and seems cheap but a great charger for ur money
