After losing the original charger for my archos gmini 402 I started looking for a replacement. Archos was no help since they told me that the model was discontinued. Now on to the charger from Gomadic Corp: my first thought was "great quality". You can tell this is no cheap charger. The tip exchange technology is definitely a plus but you should decide for yourself if this has any use for you. The charger has a light that turns on when the charger is plugged in which is useful when troubleshooting charging issues. All in all, this is a good high quality alternative to the original charger.
