Ordered product and received in timely fashion. Unit looked great. Followed instructions started unit and it was leaking gasoline. Called phone number on unit to report problem. Talked to Jason, he offered several service centers to fix the unit. None where in my area. Jason told me he would call me back the next day. He did and offered to have another unit shipped to my house and pick up the broken one. I explained I would be out of town for several days and he offered to wait till Friday to ship. Recieved replacement unit the next weds. Followed instructions again and unit purs like a kitten and runs great. Seems to be a great little generator. Can not wait to use camping.. Once again nice quite generator and excellent customer service!!!!Save 10% Off
