Charger works well and charges my phone rather quickly. However, the cord could be a little longer, and the mini USB end does not have a symbol to identify which side should be facing up, so I have to fumble every time I plug it into the phone. A little nail polish fixed that for me.
I had been using a power inverter in the car to power all my electrical devices. This was cheap and a lot easier... pull the trigger... it's worth it.

To be honest, I thought that the length might be an issue in the units we were ordering these for. There was one of the vehicles that we thought might have a problem with the gearshift if the plug sticks out too far. No issue. All of the 5 we got work... all of them fit... GREAT deal with the price we paid.
4/29/13 All of the ones we got have now failed. Every one of them. I've been told now to get a different brand and would have to recommend the same for others.
