The price was good and the delivery process was smooth and as to be expected however...Every other location I saw this cradle for sale it contained a compartment behind the phone to charge a second battery...THIS one does NOT have that compartment! Although it was not mentioned in the text nor was there a photo to indicate such, it is a bit misleading.
The second battery charge compartment is the whole reason for this device!
Otherwise, it is nothing more than a stand for your phone which is useless unless you just have to look at it or something.
I will be working to return this product at the hopes of exchanging for what I originally thought I was purchasing, otherwise someone can buy it from me on eBay ;~)
Just to be clear, there are no complaints against SF Planet; they did what they were supposed to; but, I usually do have issues with the way Amazon conducts its business.
