The car charger broke with in 9 months. The cord broke at the base probably because of the pulling and retracting even when I usually didn't bother with retracting the charger most of the time. The company told me I had to mail back the charger at my own expense and they would decide if they would send a replacement, which they did. The car charger was a few inches too short without having to hunch a bit over and talk on the phone and charge at the same time and I'm only 5'4. The wall charger lasted a bit longer which is a surprise since I used it more often than the car charger. One day I went to use it and failed to work. I contacted the company again and they said I was 2 weeks past the 12 month warranty and they wouldn't help me.Save 29% Off
