I am more than pleased with this. I like knowing I have a back-up battery for my phone in my purse in case it goes dead in an emergency situation. I saw another similar battery, that was almost identical, for double the price. So I think it is a great item for a great value.

Received this in the mail as a gift and charged it over night. Plugged it into multiple iphones as well as ipad and there was no charge at all. Client does not do returns and have to get a refund through Amazon and reorder.
