This works well and chargers a dead battery in a few hours. It's kind of on the big side but it's affordable and works. Highly recommend it if you purchase spare batteries. You can have a battery in the phone, one in your pocket, and another charging.

My Blackberry charger port fried, so I purchased this along with an extra battery to swap while the other charges. At first it worked great. After a few weeks, however, I can't get either battery to charge on this unit. I've had some success with wedging a piece of paper between the battery and the unit to hold it in just the right place, but not consistently. Now, even when I manage to rig it to get an active charge, it stops a couple of minutes later. I'm torn between finding another charger, or just abandoning all hope of cellular communication.

great product charges both batteries the only reason i did not give it a 5 star is because the cord is really shortmaybe like 2 feet

Product arrived broken. Contacted seller and a replacement was shipped which arrived in perfect condition.

My phone jack where the power connects to charge the phone broke so I ordered this item so that I could remove the battery and charge it manually since I couldn't plug it in any longer. The device charges quickly. If your phone jack isn't broken you can charge the phone in the cradle or remove the battery and charge it by itself. The product does what it's supposed to do and does it well. Would also be great to charge a 2nd battery as a spare.
