Poor quality. The cable end that connects to iPhone (silver metal enclosure) is not shaped properly, which I verified by comparing with the OEM cable packaged with my iPhone. I was unable to push the cable into the iPhone completely. I had to pull very hard to remove. However, this resulted in the silver metal piece bending, which just proves that the connector is improperly shaped.
This was the worst product ever was not compatible with the iphone 4 at all wouldnt suggest anyone to experience my same loss .

I bought this as an extra charger for home a car charger......the package was so cheep and home charger did not work with my iPhone 4....after 2 minutes showed an error for non-compatibility, the only star I gave is for the car charger which still working and I don't know how long it's gonna take?????

Despite all of the negative reviews I ordered this product anyways. Unlike most of the complaints I read, my car & house charger seemed to charge our phones just fine. However, upon pulling my house charger out of the wall to take it with me overnight the prongs simply pulled right out of the charger. They were literally just stuck in there, so we basically got one use out of the chargers until we pulled them out of the wall that first time & the prongs were left behind. Would not recommend this charger to anyone.

I have the iPhone 4 and I can charge my phone no problem with this charger. However, forget about using your phone while it is charging. The charger screws up the touch screen and pushes wherever it likes. You can NOT use your phone while charging it. Terrible purchase!
