These are cheap poor quality products, but well worth the price. After my third car charger I bought the one from Sprint. Company is highly reliable, but in this case "you get what you pay for."

While the items have the cheaply-made look and feel as they should, since they ARE cheap they do work for my Treo Pro. I am guessing the people for whom this did not work got a bad batch at these prices, manufacturing Quality-assurance is probably partial, at best.

Addition after a few months I have to reduce the rating, and report that this is not durable. The wall charger has decided it has worked enough, and quit charging. The Car charger still works fine.

I just received a new phone for work and bought three sets for myself and co-workers. None of nine pieces worked. Do not support this rip off!! They may refund you the cost of the item ( I am trying to do so now) but they made money off their inflated shipping costs.

Save yourself the headache and do not purchase.
