I just got it so I can't give you a full report. So far, so good. I was able to hit repeaters 8 miles away with low power and with a rubber duck antenna. It has a full key pad, not to be confused with DTMF dial pad.(You can't make auto patches or dial into repeaters or radios to gain access to the echolink or the IRLP network) A well resigned little radio. It has many interesting features. If you are looking for something more sophisticated, Look for Icon, Kenwood, Yaesu, or Alinco products. Hey, the price it's right.
