Seems the fan kicks on even for low power draw. Maybe it pulls the full current and converts it to heat, thus needing the fan? No idea why, but the cycling fan is annoying.whhhheeeeeeeee.........whhheeeeeeeee..............wheeeeeeeeeeeee.............wwwwwhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeee........
