If you need a car charger for your Samsung cell and this one wworka for your model, then go for it. I bought 2, even though I have a LG & my husband has a Samsung. We keep one of these in his car & 1 in mine. He used this to charge his cell and it charged it quickly, with no problem. Since it would cost me almost 4 times as much to buy this locally and the shipper does not charge for shipping, this is a fantastic deal.
