I received this item and while it is the same as the product that came with the Xoom. That product only lasted three months because of the way it was constructed. I ordered this product as a back up because we are a two xoom family. This is will serve as a spare only because of the way that they are constructed. I wish that they would have made another way of charging the tablet one that is much better made with a better construction, and a tighter fit.
Adapter has everything you need to be able to charge and use your tablet simultaneously. The long cord helps reach from the outlet to your chair, and the L-shaped jack prevents undue wear on this delicate point. I haven't had a chance to use it with 240V yet, but the international voltage compliance would make this your must have for traveling with your tablet.

I received the power cord in a prompt timely manner. The long cord comes in very handy. I especially like the green light on the AC adaptor, which shows that it's plugged in properly. Much better than the stock power cord!
