HTC brand OEM 2-Slot extra USB Car Auto DC Plug-in Charger Power Adapter with double USB port for V

It is stamped HTC, but it is not in retail packaging. I hooked up the phone (HTC Incredible 2) and it showed that it was charging. The little hand that they include free is actually colorless, not the fluorescent blue shown in the pix. Anyway, I thought this was a good buy, considering that Verizon charges around twice as much for a generic charger to which people gave bad reviews.
