EMPIRE Retractable Car Charger (CLA) for Verizon Motorola DROID Bionic

I bought this to power my Droid Bionic as it sits in it's car navigation dock. The winding cord is nice because it keeps the cord tight and out of the way, but because of the thin cord does not snap into the channel/grove molded into the plastic of the dock. It just doesn't feel as snug as it could be, but does not affect the functionality.

I have to say that it is a much slower charge than the ac adapter, but on par with USB plugged into a computer. I'm not sure if that is rapid or not as I have no standard car charger to compair it with.

The cord is thin, to make winding easy. In fact it might be a little too thin, I worry it might break easily.
