I recieved the generator on 9/21/11 as promised by the seller and the trucking companyi un packed it aan no shipping damage and assembled it put oil in the crank case and fuel in the tank. Choked it hit the starter button and she fired right upi put the electrical load on it and let it run for a while great generator I did not attach the lifting device i don,t plan to hoist it anywhere this for power outages during the heavy months of winter here in Northeast this some very good features like the battery pack to start it plenty of outlets does not bog down under heavy loads automatic idle control circuit breakers low oil shut down however it is heavy to move around but that not to bad all and all I strongly recomend this product to any one who is in the market for a relieable generator

a little heavy to move around
