I purchased this car charger to replace a crappy no-name charger. On the old one, the retraction mechanism broke within three months.

This charger has been working flawlessly since I bought it. It sees nearly daily use in my car during my work commute. The retraction is still in top shape.

This worked well for 3 weeks, then the end broke off the TINY wire. very functional but not sturdy... go with the OEM.
