Update 5/23/13: I've just discovered an incompatibility with our Chevy Tahoe. The Tahoe has a USB input that works with the iPhone, iPod and iPad, so you can listen to audio, control the device from the dashboard or steering wheel, and charge it at the same time. (Previously I was using it in a Chevy pickup with no USB input.) Although the Arkon mount will still charge the device using that port, it will not play the audio. I get "No USB device connected." So that's annoying, and something I hope they'll look into fixing.

I really can't complain, it charges my phone and holds it in place. Feels solid enough, but I wouldn't torture test it if I were you.The dock is very adjustable and holds my iPhone 4s with a case, including an OtterBox. It also swivels and adjusts to suit your viewing needs, holding the position in which you set it. The suction on the windshield is airtight and never drops or shifts. I've only had it a few weeks, but so far I LOVE this product!Want Arkon IPMPWR Supercharge Power Docking Mount for iPhone - Retail Packaging - Black Discount?
Just got my new Arkon dock for my iphone. Honestly it's a super relief for me. I hated driving and looking at my phone for navigation on my lap. So not safe. I was pretty desperate and decided to get this. It's perfect. The design looks sleek. Not bulky at all. I can mount it on my window or my dashboard. Now it looks like a cool master control HUD for my music and driving directions.
