It's a drill. It's fairly cheap and it works for what I need it for. I do have some experience with Mikita and Dewalt's so I know a quality drill. While this may not be a big brand name, it does what it's supposed to. Time will tell how long it lasts, but so far it's been good.

I just want to let customers aware of how great this car charger is. I am very impressed with its quality, usually I am very skeptical when purchasing something made in china because most of the times its crappy!! but this charger from Arkon really delivers with great quality and beautiful design. I've tried a few different docks for my phones (first a Galaxy S and now an iPhone 4) and had settled on a universal model that worked but didn't look great. This docking mount looks great and is an elegant solution for my iPhone 4. The suction mount attaches securely to my windshield and the phone is held firmly in place in the dock. It's easy to insert and remove the phone. I really like that the power cord connects to the cradle itself. Although my phone has a thick rubber cover on it, the connector seats firmly. The cradle does not obstruct the iPhone's main camera, so if you position the mount correctly you can use the iPhone as a dash cam (and you can watch yourself drive if that's your thing). And one last thing: I can charge my iPod Nano in it, too, thus eliminating one more cable in the cockpit. Sweet.

Update 5/23/13: I've just discovered an incompatibility with our Chevy Tahoe. The Tahoe has a USB input that works with the iPhone, iPod and iPad, so you can listen to audio, control the device from the dashboard or steering wheel, and charge it at the same time. (Previously I was using it in a Chevy pickup with no USB input.) Although the Arkon mount will still charge the device using that port, it will not play the audio. I get "No USB device connected." So that's annoying, and something I hope they'll look into fixing.

I bought the F5 mainly for the bike to bike intercom feature. Shipping was great got the F5 in 3 days. Out of the box the F5 feels like a quality product. I was expecting installation to be a little difficult. I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy the units installed. I put them on two helmets in under 30 minutes. Both F5s were paired right out of the box. My girlfriend and I took the F5s on a test ride. We both ride Harleys with no windshields. I could easily hear until the speed got up to around 55 mph. The speakers could be louder. Over all I am very pleased with the F5. Easy to install and easy to use. Only down side is the speakers need to be louder.

After using the F5 for a few days I am very disappointed with the battery life. Streaming music or using a cell phone with the F5 I am getting less than 1 hour of use time before the battery dies. A lot shorter than the advertised 11 to 12 hour use time the unit is suppose to provide. I dont know if I have a unit with a bad battery or if this is the average use time. I am waiting for a response from Interphone. Hopefully it is a battery issue and not normal performance of the F5.

The battery was bad in one of the units. Interphone replaced the unit within a week and it is working as advertised. I was very pleased with customer service at Interphone.

I bought three of these for my friends and one for myself. Going on group rides are so much better now with the F5, instead of having to guess what your ride buddy is trying to say. Daily commutes are better as well with FM radio and music streaming from a Bluetooth device.

Intercom works well. The only issue I have found was reconnecting to streaming music on an Android phone after exiting intercom mode. This issue was resolved after updating to the latest firmware on the F5.

Usage with iPhone:

I am able to make calls, receive calls with spoken caller ID, have text messages read to me (iPhone 4S/5), send text messages (iPhone 4S/5), control music play back, most anything with Siri, and now with iOS6 turn by turn directions.

Tip on how to use Siri (iPhone 4S and 5):

While in phone mode select the down button once and about 2 seconds later you will hear Siri's tone. Say anything you would with Siri and do not press any buttons, Siri will know when you have stopped speaking and process your request.

Defiantly can tell this is a quality product just by holding it. I have ridden through some heavy rain and did not experience any issues. The F5 is covered with a one piece of rubber that makes it water proof.

At the beginning I had issues using the F5 because my cold weather gloves were too thick, and I unable to feel buttons. I was pressing the wrong buttons and getting distracted from the road. I would recommend for the first week or two to use summer gloves until you get familiar with the button locations.

Battery life is great on the F5 comes. I leave the wall charger at home and travel with a USB cable (included) which can be used for charging.

I had purchased the Interphone F4 last year. After much research, I thought it was the right option. The units worked great the installation was easy. However, the connector is extremely delicate. It is very difficult to get the plug aligned to connect the mic/speaker cable and the charger cable. You have to remove the mic/speaker cable in order to plug in the charger cable. Bad design! Recently I experienced a situation where the mic/speaker cable would not make a good connection. Therefore the unit would not work properly or at all. I contacted the place where I purchased the unit. I was advised to contact the distributor. They advised me they were no longer the distributor and to contact the new distributor. Meanwhile, the F4 had been replaced by the F5 model. The new distributor did not have an F4 replacement. They only handled the new F5. After much correspondence with the seller and the new distributor, I finally received a replacement F4 module. Then the other module died as well from the same cause. So, rather than fight it any longer I bought the SENA SMH 10.

The Interphone worked well when it worked. But, if you get into a warranty issue, you may have a difficult time of it. I understand the connector on the F5 is improved. Not worth $500 to find out. The SENA is about $150 to $200 less money and works great.

Yuasa YUAM327BS YTX7L-BS Battery

I bought a new Honda SH150i this Summer (2011). By this Fall the battery was discharged and even using a proper trickle charger it would no longer hold a charge. I did some research and found that this was the right battery and ordered it (rather than waiting for Honda service). It arrived quickly and I was able to add the acid myself. I did it in a well ventillated area, wore rubber gloves, had water and baking soda nearby in case of a spill. The system they have for adding the acid, if you follow the directions, is slick, not a drop of acid was spilled (I'd still recommend the precautions though). One thing not in the directions, and that you'll rarely see mentioned, is that you should let the battery sit for an hour after waiting the allotted time for the acid to empty (the tubes were bone dry before the end of the time they recommend). I'd still let it sit the amount of time they say and then let the battery sit for at least an hour, maybe better overnight, after you seal the battery, for the glass matting inside the battery to completely absorb the acid, *before* you then trickle charge it (using the appropriate charger) to put its' first full charge on it. My SH150i scooter has started immediately ever since. If any bike is going to be sitting for more than a week or two at a time, consider getting the proper trickle charger and leaving the battery on the trickle charger to maintain the battery.

Update 05/06/2013: This battery is still going strong in my Honda SH150i

This battery has been great for my Honda Rebel 250. Installation was very easy. The instructions were obviously translated from Japanese, but that's easily overlooked for the quality. It works. However, it almost looks like a cell phone charger repurposed as a GPS charger. End result is that if you have a decent sized vehicle, the cord may be a little short when the GPS is mounted on the windshield.

well it does work and it is very compact because of the coil. this is why I purchased the charger as it was for my HD motorcycle GPS.

it does charge the garmin but it goes to computer hook up on the screen as the Garmin is loading the maps..

so while it charges it does not allow the GPS to operate as it should.

a disappointment for sure.

It may charge the GPS but it doesn't work like I expected it to. It only charges. You can't use your GPS and charge it at the same time. I ended up buying a replacement cord from Garmin. The vendor should make it clear that this cord is for charging only!

This thing is great. I plug it in the 12v socket in my travel trailer and sit the cooker in the sink on a piece of that rubbery stuff that RVers use to keep things from sliding in cabinets. When I stop driving in the evening, dinner is ready. Great product. I just wish it was a bit larger.

So I contacted the manufacturer (Amzer @ ) today, who confirmed that the Amzer 7564 for the HTC Mogul 6800 (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001F2W1L8) is exactly the same product as the Amzer 7564 for the Verizon XV6800.

That seems logical since they both carry the same model number (7564) on Amazon, and the VX6800 is made by HTC for Verizon, but I wanted to confirm, since they carry different SKUs on Amzer's own site (80569 for the HTC Mogul 6800, and 80600 for the Verizon XV6800).

At any rate, since the Amzer 7564 for the HTC Mogul 6800 is in stock at Amazon, and this product, the Amzer 7564 for the Verizon XV6800 still isn't after a month, I've cancelled my order for the Verizon charger and placed an order for the HTC Mogul version.

Hopefully, this will be helpful to others interested in this product, but who don't want to wait so long to get it. I've given the product 5 stars in. because a rating is mandatory to submit a review, and I don't want to ding the product, just because Amazon can't get it / keep it in stock.

I bought this, specifically, for the car charger with USB. Figured, it couldn't hurt to have an extra usb outlet plug. Unfortunately, the car charger, literally, fell apart. No cracks or anything, just came apart. It was cheap, so I just threw it away without complaining.

Power button not functioning properly, have only had it for just over three weeks.

Design of device is wrong, the windshield attachment device interfers with either the power port or the power button so that it is not possible to have both the power port and the power button clear, you have to pick which side of the device you want the turn knob located to free up either the port or the power button but you can't have both at the same time.

Software programing is worthless, does not have GPS integration, in fact, to my knowledge, there is no way to integrate the GPS data with the video data. A GPS text file is created, good luck on actually using it. Directions were worthless.

Since I am not able to return the device I am stuck with it. Do your homework and get a device that has good software integration and has all the function buttons/ports accessible.

Finally, device needs to be told when to switch to infrared, this is annoying as it should be smarter and know based on programming.

It's a nice camera, pretty small and easy to handle. The video is nice, clear, continuous, a bit washy maybe. The bad parts: battery lasts a little over 30 minutes and GPS doesn't work. You better keep the camera plugged in and if you don't mind driving with a wire hanging in front of you while charging, it's a good camera. Let's say I recommend it.

PS. I don't know why, but the clarity of the video uploaded to Amazon is way worse than the original. I will post a link from YouTube.
