I bought two of thes since I run dual batteries on my power wheels one worked once, now it aborts every time before full charge. The second one never worked, the power led comes on but the charging never does and never charges. Took the second one back and exchanged it for another one with the same results so after three of these chargers one works half the time.

Avoid this headache!!!

I bought this to charge and recharge my kids power wheels battery. I used it 1 time, got the full charge. I then bought a second battery so the kids can run the car for longer periods, and the charger failed immediately. Called Shumacher support number, and they were perplexed by how the charger was acting, instructed me to go ahead and plug it back in and let it set until it started charging. It never got there, the red L E D power light just flashed slowly, never reset, or charged another battery. I have since requested a return number, and am awaiting instructions to get this pos fixed. it should work more than 1 time.......

I bought this charger because I have a Power Wheels 12v Mustang and a Peg Perego 12v John Deere XUV 550. The adaptors are easy to switch and it works great. The only thing that's a little annoying is the high pitch whistle the charger makes when charging. Other than that its a great product.

I found about this product after contacting Schumacher's customer support about the correct setting to use in one of their bigger chargers (which I've been using for a couple of years with great results!), when charging a small battery for a Power Wheels. The customer support rep suggested looking into this particular model because it has been designed exactly for that purpose, and I am happy to admit that she was 100% right! The different connectors, the plug-in-and-forget operation, etc., make it the best charger you can get for small batteries. I can charge Power Wheels and Peg Perego batteries just by switching the end connectors, and they both last a loooooooooong time after being charged. I expect that this charger will also help extend battery life, since it's supposed to charge them the right way and avoid overcharging.

I bought this after borrowing my father's same charger for about 4 months. Charges the 12 volt batter for our riding toy. Display indicates when 80% charged and 100% charged. Cords on both ends are pretty good length, making it convenient to leave on the work bench in the garage and stretch down to the battery for charging. I've had other cheaper chargers that haven't held up or don't even seem to work from the get go. This one seems built to last.

The car charger is not included and the product can't be used in a car. The battery life is 6 hours, at maximum, not the advertised 48 hours and that is a very big difference.

The product does not answer incoming calls, which means that it is realistically impossible to listen to what is happening. The motion detiction feature works with a delay of 10 to 15 minutes which is an unacceptable delay, because by that time the situation is over and the burgulars are long gone.

The positioning system works very accurately.

This was my second attempt to purchase a tracker for my kids car, unfortunately like the cheaper one I first ordered this more expensive one didnt work, after a day of use it failed to get an accurate GPS lock, in fact it had the tracker positioned just south of Italy, so only about 3000 miles out. the product shown is not the same as the product I received.

I've tried to use this charger a few times, with no luck. The problem I wanted to be able to charge it, throw it in my bag and forget about it until I needed to use it. All the times I've tried to use it, the charge had magically drained away in the time I wasn't using it. If you remember to constantly charge this as a back up it might work, but as an emergency/once in a blue moon backup it's totally worthless.

While it does work as advertised, the Super Battery still has a long way in order to make it into my backpack for a hiking trip. First of all, the instructions caution against using the hand crank, except for emergencies. This seems a little ambiguous. Does this mean it isn't tough enough to stand up to everyday use? I think most people bought this because of the hand cranking option. Now, I find out that if I use it, I might break it? I'm just a little confused.

Will it charge? Well I hooked my iphone up to the Super Battery, and cranked it for half-an-hour (a painful half-an-hour). According to my multimeter, my battery gained about 3% from the effort. So, that's probably not a good thing for the hand cranking option. As for the built in battery, it's only rated at about 1700mAh. The technical specs says it has a single AA rechargable battery inside. ???? There are a multitude of good quality, low-priced AA rechargables on the market with upwards of 2950mAh per battery. Why choose such a small capacity?

I'm getting ready to crack the Super Battery open and see if I can change the battery and/or add another. If there's room I should be able to increase storage capacity to 5000-6000mAh. That would make it much, much more usefull.

After charging this unit up overnight, I plugged the USB adapter to my Motorola Razr v3xx and it did not show a charge light on the phone.

I started cranking the handle and found at slow speed, the phone would show a charge light, if I went too fast, the charge light would go back off.

So if you can be very patient cranking this device while watching the phones charge light to be on, it can work for your Razr v3xx.

Anyway, I've written Datexx Customer Support so we'll see what they say. But at this point, it is a very expensive and very heavy flashlight.

I don't know where to start with this it has so many cool features! I love that this can open and close power windows. You can walk away from car car with the windows down click the arm button and it rolls the windows up as well! True story, I live in the DC slums. Well all of DC is a slum but I live in the slummiest part of the DC slums.

Up until recently, I drove a beat up car that looked crappy but ran great. When I moved to the DC slums (secure parking spot FTW!), I really didn't believe anyone would actually break into my car thinking I had anything of value in there. Alas, they did.

Lucky for me, around the same time hoodrats plundered my hooptie ride, the factory alarm on said hooptie ride had long since crapped out and one morning, was stuck in armed mode. I had to tow my car to a mechanic to disable the alarm (which killed the engine, meaning I couldn't start my car and it howled the entire way to the mechanic from the back of the tow truck) and there happened to be a guy who specializes in these alarms in the same strip as the mechanic. I set up an appointment to have the alarm installed within days.

I knew I wanted the "pager Viper" as I'd read about it somewhere but the alarm guy specifically ordered this one and I'm glad he did. He is familiar with hoodrats so he knew exactly which model I needed. I did not get remote start installed at that time but have since bought a new car the system was easy for him to remove from my old car but will be SUPER complicated for him to install in my new one (a 2011) so PLEASE go to someone who is familiar with Viper alarms to install yours and will be getting it put in that one. You can also wire this thing to open the trunk (I never go in mine so that's not a feature I require) apparently.

As others have said, I sleep well at night seeing this system's soothing blue light blinking from inside my car in the parking lot from my apartment window. A few times, I've been in the store and the pager has alerted me to some kind of nonsense going on near my car. It also alerted me to the fact that this trashy chick who always parks next to me was hitting my car with her door every time she opened it; I didn't mind as much on the old car but now that I have a new one with a fat car note, I'm not about to sit here and let trashy broads hit my car with theirs. The Viper 5901 scares the crap out of reckless hoodrats and helps me feel better about my decision to live in the worst part of one of America's worst cities. That kind of confidence is priceless. Plus it looks cool and I feel like a bad mofo sliding out to the parking lot getting chirped at by my vehicle. Come on, it's sexy.

The original car charger that Garmin supplies is terrible. It emitted a high pitched whine, constantly needed to be jiggled to maintain a connection in the 12VDC socket, and had a much too long uncoiled cord that got in the way all the time. This one works great and is neat thanks to its short coiled cord. I have two complaints: the blue power indicator LED is way too bright. At night I need to cover it up with something. WAY too bright. And the connector that plugs into the GPS unit should be at 90 degrees, not a straight 180 degrees. The straight connector will eventually weaken and break (this is my second replacement charger the first one lasted about a year and a half). But still the best one available and can't beat the price.

I purchased this as a replacement for the original Garmin cable which was lost. I thought it would be long enough as it says it's 8 feet long. That must be the length stretched out. The problem is that the coiled cable is only 2 feet long and very springy. The constant stretching to try to reach the windshield weakened the connector and the wire pulled out. So now I have to purchase another adapter. I don't recommend this product.

I bought this charger for my new Evo 4G. It appeared to work fine when I first plugged it in. The yellow light on the phone came on indicating it was charging. As I continued to drive, the yellow light would go off for a minute or two and then come back on. By the time I completed my 200 mile trip, the yellow light would not come on at all. My mechanic said that some of the chargers will not accept 13-14 volts that alternators send to the car battery. He believes the charger was either defective or a poor design. I have since bought a more expensive car charger from Sprint, and it seems to work fine. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

Just received mine today. It shipped fairly quick, ordered it on a Saturday and received it via mail in 4 days. I tested it right away in my car and had no problem with the charging. The blue LED light is nice to have so i know when its actually plugged in and getting power. The retractable cord is about 3' long and you can hit the button on the charger to make it retract...It clicks into position every couple inches you pull it. I will add an update if i have any problems in the near future with extended use. For now the product works well and is at a great price!!!

It does its job, but its a pain getting the phone in and out of the dock. It fits to tight and the dock itself is not heavy enough in helping with the removal. I feel like screwing it to my desk so i can just yank my phone out.

Too many other chargers were listed as Evo/Evo Shift chargers. Which cannot be true. My phones charging port seems to function intermittently. I needed to be able to charge the spare battery outside of the phone. This base does that well and also when my phone is repaired will make an excellent charger stand.

Included with the base was a 110v wall adapter to usb and a USB/Mini-B? cable.

Nice to know I should be able to take the base unit with me in the truck and keep a spare battery charging through out the day using the base and cable provided and one of my 12volt lighter usb ports...

This is one of the easiest cradles for the HTC Evo Shift that I have used. Sometimes cradles are hard to line up with the charging port, and you really feel like your breaking your phone trying to get a connection. NONE of that with this cradle! Set the phone in, add a tiny bit of pressure, check for the light on the phone and done! Couldn't be happier with it.

Premium Car Charger For Nokia E5

The Android charger appears to be a nice one, however, I do not have an Android phone! As indicated on this survey questionnaire, I ordered a "Nokia E5" car charger. The charger sent to me said "Android," and the approx. 1/4" wide end of it DOES NOT fit my phone, which has a tiny hole in the head of it. My phone accepts the "pinhead/needlehead" type charger for E5s. I would like to return the unopened charger in exchange for the correct one!

To be a chinese product i was expecting less quality. But as soon as I started using it, seems to be fine
