While this product seemed like a great alternative to Zen's much higher-priced optional charger, it did not work properly once it arrived. Bargaincell processed and shipped the order very promptly, and it arrived within several days. Intended use was for a Creative Zen X-Fi 32GB player. Unfortunately, while the red LED light displays on the charger when plugged in, output voltage at its USB ports was not enough to put the player into charge mode, making the product useless for its intended purpose. Although offers a reasonably-sounding return policy, the total shipping charges for delivery and return exceed the unit's low purchase price by a large enough margin that the cheaper alternative ended up to just discard it and buy Zen's name-brand optional charger after all.

I purchased this inexpensive travel charger to charge up my Creative Zen Mosaic (16 GB) and Travelsound Zen Mozaic MP3 Media Playerblack. It did the trick. Worked well with both devices. Very pleased with it. Handy to be able to charge my two devices without needing to do so via my notebook. As the charger is very small and lightweight, it'll be easy to pack for domestic or international travel (100V 240V).
