UPDATE: It's been hardly 2 months since I am using this device in my small car and I already have loose contact problems. It fits fine in the socket but in the last couple of weeks I have been experiencing problems. Slight touch while driving and it stops charging the phone. This is despite me not removing it from the socket often. I guess the circumference of this device is not good to prevent such problems. Not recommending product anymore. Reducing the rating also.

The wire is a little too thin and scary but its fine if you handle with care. I had a similar one for my Nokia (another brand) that also had a same size wire but still lasts (over 2yrs now).

Would definitely recommend this product. The USB option at the end of device is definitely a plus given the price I bought this one for.

If I was able to give it a zero star rating I would. It looks cool, it glows blue.....that's what attracted me to it. But it never makes good contact in the cigarette lighter or the other two power outlets I have in my truck. I'm constantly having to unplug and replug it. Any time you pull the retractable cord out it loses power and you have to unplug and replug it. I tried it in my other car and had the same problem, so it is not the vehicle's power outlet. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! You will be buying a huge frustration and a safety hazard while driving.
