I've had many Griffin accessories for my iPod and iPhone. But I have to admit that this is the worst!

The cable stopped working for no specific reason after 1 week and the charger collapsed after another week!

if i could give this product a -5 i would. had a few problems after disconnecting the iphone from the charger, and then it just flat-out fried my iphone. i've been reading that iphones are having problems with all car chargers, but since mine has fried from a griffin, the griffin gets my wrath in the form of a unflattering amazon review. unfortunately, all the ranting and raving won't bring my $400 phone back, but at least i've been able to let the public know. back in the old days, 10,000 iphones would have died before the word got out, god bless the internet.

It went dead after only three months. The number I called for warranty repair/replacement kept redirecting me to repair centers all over the country.

Finally, I got an answer--mail it to service center somewhere in Illinois (I pay the postage), and it will take four to six weeks to get a new receiver. Which means you will have to pay to have the new one activated, not knowing if it will fail in three months AGAIN, and...

Anyway, you get the picture. Just trust me--don't buy it.

I have had this receiver almost a year and have dropped it three times on pavement and it still works! The other day it slipped out and the top actually split open, and then I heard something rattling inside. I thought for sure it would never work again but it does with no problems. I have not even replaced the remote batteries yet!

I drive truck at night and have a cradle for it in each of my personal vehicles so it gets alot of use.

The only thing I do not like is the red colored screen. It is hard to read especially at night in the dark. Would of been better to have the font black instead of light colored or the whole thing blue. It is a little large but I like the larger buttons rather than small.

I love this little device. It provides power extacly when I need it. Lucky for me the tip that plugs into the computer to charge is the same tip that I need to power my device. The only con would be it takes the same amount of time to charge, as a regular dc adapter, so it is not a quick fix. But it sure beats the no power blues.

I'm the one who wrote a review on christmas, I'm back with an update.

I decided to test a few new things on it. I set the player at the end of a hallway at my college, and attempted to use the remote... I'll be darned, the thing worked from 40 feet away!

I popped in a cd+g (karaoke) cd.. Played it.

I am (as i type this) encoding episodes of my favorite show, Hikaru no Go, at a rate of 1300kbps mpeg2 with cq_vbr of 47, audio @ 32khz, 160kbps, stereo. Yes, I already told you this thing doesn't care about "standard compliance".

I found it's first no-no a few days ago.. It does not play mpeg videos with mp3 audio.. Don't blame it though, Windows Media Player still has issues with that type of video.

I am giving this puppy the 5 it really deserves. There are so many undocumented features in this lil powerhouse, you just need to go and get one, it will not be regretted.

Tuesday, a very bad thing happened.. It was dropped for the first time ever.. Picked it up, and the darn thing was still playing!

As for the disc mechinism issue some people have been having, thats what a warranty is for. I am happy to report that this puppy doesn't and hasn't had that issue yet.

Display is still very beautiful on it.

After these 3 months that I have had it, the casing is starting to wear on it, but this is due to me keeping it in my pocket (yes, it fits). I walk back and forth a long ways a few times a week, and this thing is perfectly happy being in my pocket, and the remote even works while in my pocket too.

I already wrote a review here, but after seeing my all-time favorite device getting poor reviews, these reviews are very different from what I have experienced. If you can, buy one. If it breaks, get a refund. It's that easy. I have owned a lot of portable electronic devices, but this is by far my favorite.

This little puppy earned me some cash too. I rented it out to friends of my relatives when they went to vegas, got $30 for one week rental. If it would have broken, and gotten reimbursed for the device, guess what.. I'd buy the exact same one again.

I am still finding out new things about this little powerhouse. I wasn't ever expecting this thing to be able to do so much. VCD, SVCD, XVCD, MPEG burned onto a regular ISO, it generates its own menu! If it ends in .mpg and is a video, there is a 99% chance this DVD player can play it from the CD, no need to even waste time making a VCD, i just burn all my videos onto a CD as an ISO now, it's a real time saver.

Seriously, go check out the review I submitted on Xmas. It will give you a much better review than the one I just left here. This is just an update really..

I just recieved this DVD player today...and so far so good. I bought it for car trips, plane tripes, etc. I haven't experience the problems that seem to go along with the 9510 version. The screen is small, but that is the size it's advertised for, and I feel its more than sufficent for something so compact. The colors are good and despite the size the screen seems to have a pretty good resolution. Other than the battery SEEMS to only be able to recharge when off the system,(keep in mind I'm figuring it out) it seems to be a wonderful little machine. Well worth the money, very compact and affordable. Should any problems arise I will rereview, but up to this point I give it 5 stars!

I just received this player yesterday and I played around with it last night. Picture for such a small screen is not bad. All the buttons and the remote work. Played through Return of the Jedi and everything was great. If you are looking for a cheap protable then this would be it. Now as for its bad points. It is a bit loud on startup and you can hear when it skips tracks and such but not overbearing. The AC adapter gets really warm. I had it hooked up to charge the battery and unplugged it because I was afraid it would start a fire...lol. Also on the chapter screen and optoins screen the highlights are hard to see. But overall good little player...enjoy.

I am thrilled with this little player! It is my favorite toy. I was a little concerned about some of the negative aspects that other reviewers pointed out, but I decided that the positive outweighted the negative and gave it try. Am I glad I did! I take it to work to watch on breaks and at lunch and fits in my handbag.

I admit that I have not tried all the functions and have always used the A/C adapter so I can't offer an opinion on the battery capacity as yet, but for a simple, portable way to watch your favorite movies on the go, it's great. The picture is fine and the sound is not bad either(better with headphones).

If you are looking for a good value, this is it.

Added on 4/12/05: I have had this player for over eight months now, and still have not had one bit of trouble with it even though I use it almost every day on my lunch hour. I don't know if I was just lucky when other reviewers were not, but I still highly recommend it.

I bought this less than 6 months ago, and barely used it. I tried using it about 4 weeks ago, and discovered that it faulty and unable to provide any charging!

I emailed the company for a replacement, since I assume there is a 1 year warranty. But to date, there is still no response.

No more Just Mobile product for me! Getting a faulty product is acceptable, but not responding is unacceptable.

My advice try to get such product from a shop, where you can easily replace it, but not through the internet.

I actually purchase 2 of these, both of them went tits up on me within 1 month of normal usage. I suspect its the pin out on the new Iphone 5 cables. As soon as I pop in the new I phone5 cables the charger went dead. I am giving this a 2 stars because it is by far the best looking charger out there. The little LED on the front is also very thoughtful the aluminum finish is Apple grade. So for the design I am giving it a 2 stars. A charger needs to charge, no matter how pretty it is, if it doesn't juice up its useless.

Just Mobile does great work, and this is exactly what I wanted to solve the iPhone + iPad problem while traveling. I use iPhone as my GPS device and that drains the battery too fast for long term use. Now my wife can use her iPad at the same time. The Just Mobile dual car charger is bit pricey, but very nicely made and it looks great.

I agree with the other reviewer who noted the unreliability and poor service for the Highway Pro. Mine worked quite well for about four months, but then I received a message on my iPad that the device was overheating and had to shut down. After that, the Highway Pro never worked again. I sent repeated emails to JUSTMobile asking for help in replacing a fuse or getting the device working again, but never obtained a response. I assume there is a circuit there that is supposed to act as a fuse and failed, along with the unit. There are others not as pretty that work reliably.

Bought a cell phone battery that, of course, died one week past their return/refund deadline. Refused to refund or replace even though the product is CLEARLY defective. This company is a ripoff and will never do business with them again. Consider yourself warned.

I guess I should have had a clue when they were selling it for a penny plus shipping, but it didn't even last 2 weeks. I couldn't find a charger in that style in the stores and decided to give it a try anyway. The charger was so cheaply made that even with no tension on the cord, the wires became detached from the interior of the charging points, and it was useless. Also, the body that plugs into your car's power point was so poorly made that when you pushed it in, the 2 sides felt like they were about to separate. All in all, not even worth a penny.

Don't especially like that it's white, but it works well, and I like the indicator light.

After one day of use, my initial reaction is this is a product which does as advertised...it seems to work fine with my LG chocolate touch. The low cost indicates one should handle this product with care when inserting and removing from the car adapter and the phone itself. After all, who can say how well it's made? For the price, it seems like a great deal; a genuine bargain. As for the long term, only time will tell the story.

I got my second go power panel mounted yesterday. This panel brings my total wattage to 190. I was in the motorhome today and tested my system for about an hour. I had the fridge on elect and was watching the 32 inch HD television using Direct TV DVR and never lost power from the inverter due to low voltage! I estimated the AC wattage to be around 350, and had partial sun for about 20 minutes. Impressed, you bet I am.

I saw a lower wattage panel at an RV store and the price was about 20% higher that the one I bought.
