I've been researching inverters and chargers for sometime for my camper/trailer and trying to come up with a simple single solution for camping and recharging my battery. I had an inverter but always had to drag out another device to charge the battery after a weekend of use. It was cumbersome to disconnect the inverter connect the charger then put everything back together after charging. This device has a built in transfer switch so it does both. When your on batteries it acts just as any inverter does and gives you 120vac but this device also allows you to plug it in. When plugged in it passes the 120vac through for you to use just like the inverter but also charges your battery at the same time. This device also provides some nice features such as being able to charge all sorts of different battery types and even has technology that allows it to even charge batteries that other chargers are not capable of recharging due to the battery being to far depleted. Another feature that I liked is the remote mount of the display so you can easily place it so you can view the status of your battery. It's a nice all in one good quality solution.

I purchased this Inverter/Charger to replace an identical Xantrex inverter/charger I had in my RV. I received this item on time, in good condition, and it works as promised. My problem with this model is that the one replaced was only 2 and a half years old, and that this model is not repairable. In my opinion this item is to expensive to be a throw-away, especially if they are only going to last two to three years.

Bought 2 of these PS-1230 (12V/3AH) and one PS-1270 (12v/7AH) from same seller. Good replacement batteries for all my UPS's. Did test them in UPS giving them enough time to charge up (overnight) & by unplugging the UPS to simulate power loss & with stop watch tested duration of power to computer & LCD monitor. UPS's performed like spec sheet said as when they were new. Price not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Good balance of quality & value as new! A little surprising was that the PS1230 (smaller battery) was little more expensive than PS1270 (a bigger battery) from this seller!! Long term don't know! Very satisfied now!

Bought this to replace the OEM battery in my APC Back-UPS ES 350. Of course it's cheaper, so I was concerned about quality. After a year, however, it is still doing its job just fine. That's great, because the OEM batteries invariably seem to die after a year or so. (I work in an office building with horrible power: lights flicker when somebody in the next office fires up his laser printer, constant brownouts and even total outages every few months in spite of fancy backup generators, you get the idea.) I would definitely buy again.

The 2.1 AMP chargers give you the charging power of your iPhone wall outlet chargers on the go. Initially, I scoffed at the price for these high AMP chargers and bought a 1 AMP car charger. Since my ride to work in less than 20 minutes, I would probably get 10% more charge off the 1 AMP charger, but with this 2.1 AMP charger, I manage to juice up about 25%. The really cool part of this charger is that I can pull out the USB cable and continue charging my phone via my laptop USB port.

The charger has a dull blue bezel which keeps lit when the charger is plugged in. I prefer this for night driving over the single LED. I also like the new low-profile negative (outer) terminal design. No more accidental snagging and ripping the terminal out of the charger. It also helps with a smoother insertion and removal from the power outlet.

The lightning connector is well designed and fits most cases without any issue (check images above)

At current market prices this slightly bulky dual 2.1 AMP USB charger is better value than any other single 2.1 AMP USB charger.

Pros:

Fast, reliable, and specs-wise, it's the best dual charger. Most dual chargers have only one 2.1A port, with the other being a 1A... You want both ports to be 2.1A/10 Watt or 20 Watts total. This one has that, hence the high price. Soon enough they'll all be up to this standard, but for now this is the one to buy. And that lightening cable is a bonus. Cool blue glow around it. What else do you need?

This USB charger is simple and just works.

Nothing fancy, it plugs into the normal cigarette lighter and provides 2 USB ports and a lightning cable. The cable is separate, not built-in to the charger, so you can easily swap it with a second 30-pin cable if you need, although given the price of this unit, it is a bargain if you need both the cable and charger, less so if you do not need the cable.

I was very impressed with the power the unit puts out. It was able to charge an iPad 3 and an iPhone 5 simultaneously, something that is beyond many laptops this alone makes it worthwhile. Definitely recommended, especially if you need the extra cable as well.

Six months ago, when I upgraded to iPhone 5, I bought a car charger on this site. Unfortunately, I didn't read the fine print. It did not include the cable. So, I have been schlepping the cable that came with my phone back and forth between my home and vehicle. It soon grew tiresome! The Belkin charger includes the lightning cable and unlike most car chargers has 2x 10 watt ports so both my husband and I can charge our phones at the same time. Also, my first car charger is white which matches my iPhone. However, I feel more comfortable with a black, a more common charger color. I found myself hiding my charger as it screams " I own the expensive iPhone!" Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the Belkin car charger and would highly recommend it. Finalky, considering that many people spend $30 on a phone case, I don't think the price is unreasonable.

Upon getting iPhone 5s last Christmas, my wife and I realized we no longer can use our previous iPod/iPhone charger. I knew the new Lightning port was utilized in all forthcoming Apple products, but I kept forgetting all the little accessories I've accumulated over the years which were now useless, unless I bought the adapter.

But I didn't think buying the adapter would be worth the cost, especially the more expensive one as I don't like taking off my iPhone case, and saw that a Belkin car charger by itself for Lightning devices would actually be cheaper.

Go figure.

Belkin products usually have been great to me, and, if I don't get an Apple product, I go with Belkin. So I ordered the car charger, and it works excellently, as presumed. I like the nice blue light it emits (blue is the new black/pink/whatever), and the charging is just as quick as Apple's, if I'm estimating correctly. I like that I can use the charger with any USB device, and there are two ports as well. I can use the Lightning cord for whatever I will, and that leaves me a very happy customer.

I run until I have to come home, with this meter I can quickly check the status of my battery or if I am with someone else I can check there batterys as well. I have been caught out there with just a paddle and a long way to the nearest ramp. So put one in you soft tackle bag and you want be short 1 mile down river with just a paddle.

This was supposed to be a "all in one" gadget, allowing you to charge and sync your bb8900, thus to recharge a spare battery which is a great thing. Except there is one thing that cooled me down the minute I unpacked this you can't just put the phone in the cradle to charge it! No, that would be SIMPLE. You also need to plug in into mini-USB !!!!! For God's sake, one of good things about charging cradles is you DON'T have to use mini-USB port (which is very sensitive, btw, and primarily not designed for everyday plugging in/out like normal chargers).

Anyhow, this is a really nice 3-in-1 gadget, but this lack of usability is making me give it 1*.

I love my Blackberry, but the battery life is certainly not the best, especially if you have alot of apps on the phone and use it constantly the way I do. It's so convenient to just pop the phone in the charger when I get home. Also, I have a second battery for the phone, so I never have to actually charge the phone if I don't have time. I can just switch out my dead battery for a fully charged battery and be on my way. I highly recommend this item if you're on the go alot the way I am.
